Mahmoud Hassan: Maliki is ready to implement all the demands of the political blocs to be in conformity with the Constitution

Hassan said in a statement (of the Agency news): that all the demands of political blocs will be discussed and there is a willingness among state law implemented on condition that does not violate the Constitution.

He explained: The demand of the Kurdistan Region to pay the salaries of the Peshmerga from the state budget can respond to them as prepared these forces from Iraqi forces and subject practically to the Ministry of Defense, and receive orders from the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces but as not subject these forces of the Ministry of Defense does not allow the federal government to fund this forces.

He added: For Article (140), the government would not oppose the implementation of this article and especially that this Article shall apply in more than one province, but the constitution select a period of time to implement them as we are implementing now need to constitutional amendments.
