He pointed out that "No budget where many problems, but on the contrary there is a continuous work in order to form a fund for the Iraqi people, rather than the distribution of surplus cash from oil, and that will reduce the corruption process."

Abadi stressed "the existence of proposals to give the private sector pensions, and even those who work in the media."
