He said al-Hindawi said that "solving the unemployment problem is to activate the role of investment by lifting obstacles that hinder the way to the development of legislation that support the private sector and facilitate the implementation mechanisms being able to absorb the labor force unless the state can absorb it."
He stressed that "the current balance in 2012, even though it amount to 100 billion dollars, but they cover only a small area of the country's need, especially in the investment side."
He concluded his speech by saying Hindawi said that "the budget did not address a range of problems in the sectors of education, clean water to drink and problems of squatters and other problems overlooked by the government in the budget in 2012."
