MP Friday: the budget will affect negatively on the private sector .. And approval will be this week

Baghdad (news) .. criticized by the Economic Commission for MP / coalition in Iraq / Qusay Fri general budget as it will adversely affect the private sector on the non-exempted from taxes and customs duties unlike the public sector.
Juma said in a statement to the Agency (news) said on Sunday: The budget proved to be a paragraph in the article (25) to exempt all state-owned companies from customs duties and tax implications, in turn will double the tax on the private sector at a time needs of the sector to government support and exemptions for the advancement of it.
He added: We do not know what direction the federal government in the current budget, are they supportive of the Iraqi economy or destructive ..?, Stressing that the budget is without economic study or program which sets priorities for the distribution of funds in the country, according to the essential need them.
He pointed to: that there are several proposals submitted by deputies, but to pour all of the operating budget, noting that the budget be around as it is only with minor changes when approval.
He predicted: Adoption of the budget this week that the head of the House of Representatives called on to continue always in the House of Representatives this week to pass and approve the budget.
The Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi said in the eighth month of December of last year, in a press conference that the entire Iraqi budget for the current year amounted to (117) trillion dinars and still ranged in the corridors of the House of Representatives, who did not vote on it yet because there are many objections by the part of many political blocs. / Finished / 8. d.
