Baghdad, February 10 (Rn) - The Committee on Oil and Energy Parliament, on Friday, it had decided to climb the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussain al-Shahristani, Oil Minister Abdul Karim and coffee on Wednesday to discuss the mechanisms of development of production of the oil sector in the country.
A member of the Furat al-Shara told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary decided to add Deputy Prime Minister Hussein Shahristani, the oil minister, Abdul Karim and coffee to discuss Alyatema and their plans in the development of oil production and export to world markets and the impact of the global economic crisis."
He added that "the Committee would discuss with al-Shahristani, coffee and how to develop the performance of the ministry and the media not to withhold information from the media, and points awarded for others to narrow the reasons are irrelevant to the oil industry in Iraq."
He explained that "Ministry of Oil and the start-up a media center specialist in the media of oil contributes to the promotion of transparency and disclosure in Iraq."
And declared to the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary she recently sent a formal letter to the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani said on the need for the dissolution of the way for the directors-general of a statement and not restrict the mouthpiece media director of the Ministry.
And criticized the ongoing information bureau in the ministry in the process of information disclosure of oil and restrict the number of foreign media and official.
And demanded that regulators and economic, the Iraqi government to establish a media center specialist in oil projects that have a highly professional manner in the disclosure of information of oil.
