Abdullah said (of the Agency news) on Saturday: The Initiative Erbil and Baghdad to resolve the crisis oil exports and dues to companies operating in the region through their agreement to pay dues investment companies operating in the region for export region (200) thousand barrels per day, the initiative is not a "positive" unless ratified by the Iraqi Council of Ministers.
He added: This agreement must be real and not just a "word of the networks," noting that many of the agreements concluded between the Federal Government and the Government of Kurdistan did not bear fruit for its failure to perform.
He added: that the lack of implementation of this agreement will hurt the state budget, which was built on the basis of the delivery of the Kurdistan Region (200) thousand barrels per day for the central government, so the non-delivery of the share of oil region would lead to a budget deficit.
He said: that the success of this agreement and its ratification will pay to the enactment of the oil and gas and to resolve all matters relating to contracts of investment companies in the region and all oil-producing provinces, adding that the legislation law will attract international companies to invest in Iraq because of the framework of law to protect foreign capital. / End / 21 . d.
