Decided Iraqi Parliament Speaker Osama al-Nujaifi, Thursday, following
the adjournment of the 13th Parliament of the second legislative term of
the year the third legislative decision during the vote on the rest of
the financial terms of the budget law for the current year 2013, half an
hour to lack of quorum.
