Erbil, February 12 (Rn) - A spokesman for the Kurdistan Alliance in the Iraqi parliament on Sunday, said the alliance will attend today's meeting of representatives of Iraqi political blocs, in order to determine the date of the upcoming National Conference.
Is scheduled to meet 15 representatives from various political blocs in the Iraqi Council of Representatives today to determine the date of the forthcoming National Congress called for by President Jalal Talabani, and the agreement on the agenda of the conference after the submission of Coalition and Iraqi Kurdistan for the paper demands.
He said Farhad Atrushi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn), "it was agreed between the political blocs to hold a meeting to determine the date of the forthcoming National Congress, the House of Representatives, attended by representatives of political parties."
He pointed out that "the 15 representatives of the political blocs to take part in the meeting, including seven members of the Kurdistan Alliance, and five representatives of Iraq, and three of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, and seven of the National Alliance."
He continued, saying Atrushi "representatives of the Kurds in today's meeting are all of the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways, and the President of the Kurdistan Alliance Fouad Masum, and a representative of the Islamic Group or Islamic Union."
He was President Jalal Talabani and parliament Osama Najafi agreed during a meeting held in the province of Sulaymaniyah, on 27 December 2011, at a national conference of all political forces to address issues related to governance, the state and develop solutions to the crisis has, in rejection of the National Alliance Conference held in Kurdistan, stressing the need to take place in Baghdad, and called for the support and keep the issue of Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi for politicization.
