Baghdad, February 12 (Rn) - The Iraqi Ministry of Planning on Tuesday, a rise in inflation for the month of January by 1.4% compared with last December, and the rate of inflation for the past month has reached 1% compared to last November.
He said the ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the rate of inflation for the month of January rose by 1.4% compared with last December."
"The housing has increased prices during the month of January by 2.6% compared to the previous month which was a high rate of 0.3% compared to prices in the month of November, due to high rents Alldoralexanah."
He continued that "the Department of Food and non-alcoholic beverages rose during the month of last December's rate of 1.6% compared to the previous month."
And inflation is excessive in the general level of prices and rising incomes of cash, as well as high costs and create excessive cash balances.
