Finance Committee: Legislation Act allows the government to grant (300) million to Kuwait for the payment of debts owed by Iraqi Airways

Announced by the Finance Committee MP / Kurdish coalition blocs / Najiba Najib, on the legislation of a special law allowing the federal government to grant Kuwait (300) million as a down payment first within the budget allocations (2012) for the payment of debts owed by Iraqi Airways since (20) years.

Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki meets members of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights
